Improvements...

Thanks for everyone's comments... It is so hard to imagine anyone is worse off than me when it is midnight and my baby is crying because he can't sleep. Today a friend called and her nephew is having brain surgery... I must remember it could be much worse and to think of those people.

Reese seems to be on the mend and I am going to try the saline solution on Carsten today. Jim is still sick, but so far I've not gotten it... Let's hope naps go well today!

Hey Dana it does make a difference when the little sick people are sooooooo cute. Last night when I was trying to sleep and my husband was coughing, I wasn't very tolerant seeing as he isn't cute like Reese and Carsten. Basically sounded like a barking dog! :-) JoAnn

oh dear. i'm so sorry. we have bugs floating around our house too. isn't it amazing how our mommy-bodies don't allow themselves to get sick when it's this bad for our kiddos? tom and the kids have been sharing bugs for nearly 6 weeks and i've managed to skate by! crossing my fingers for you and your health.

hope those boys get better soon! call if you need to vent. or i might have to call you first!

Hey JoAnn, cuteness does help!
Rae--this sickness is for the birds. I'm glad that you don't have what we have and that we don't have what you have! It is amazing that we aren't sick yet. That comes when everyone is well again and we are worn down...
Hopefully we'll escape though...

It's good to see Carsten smiling again. You definitely need a Grandma to help out. If I lived closer, Auntie would bring over cookies - since I don't cook real well! Aunt Diane

Hang in there Dana! We've been in the same boat since Christmas. Honestly! THE HORRID stomach flu/runs (ALL WERE HIT BUT ME) and now strep throat running around in our house! We moms run on no sleep and adreneline. (maybe thats why I have a headache coming on) ARGH! Then our eldest daughter had a serious hypoglycemic attack the other night at midnight and almost went into a coma! Pretty scary. It woke her up........so two hours later we got back to sleep. ~sigh~
These are the days. WELL worth it, though. Hang in there all us mommas out there! :) Sending hugs and smiles your way!

Looks to me like Carsten is having fun crawling all over the place. Glad the household is on the mend!
