We met Opa, Oma, and Unc at these people's house and stayed the night before getting going on our big trip...The picture is all the kids on the dashboard of the motorhome.

Carsten kicking back and listening to stories on the second day. (In case you are wondering where Reese was when the picture was taken--empty carseat--he was in the bathroom--the only allowed out of your seat excuse.)
As on all trips, we had to have a little trouble... steering trouble. Today, the third day, we took a two hour break at the beginning of the day to *fix* the problem. Oma and I took the boys on a walk.
In case you can't tell what this picture is, it is Jim laying on the wheel of the motorhome and Unc giving advice.

Oh, the joys of motorhome travel! But no delay is too big a deal when you're traveling with all your family! I'll soon be on the road helping R & boys make the drive to Houston-that is, after we've had the 3 boys here w/ us all next week (K starts work in TX Aug 4). Think I'll be a tad tired when these next few weeks are over? But in a good way =) Enjoy your trip, and say HI to your family for us!
