I couldn't resist posting a picture of the bookcase after Reese cleaned up his books. He had gotten them all out and was being the librarian--scanning them and checking them out. I didn't have the heart to straighten them out or tell him that that was not the way we put them away as he had such a willing spirit... he made his mama proud (and he was pretty proud too).

So Dana, how long can you leave it like that before you just have to fix it?
Isn't it fun to watch our kids "be" different people? (ie. the librarian.) Jonathan took a tag we cut off our new bike trailer and calls it his credit card. Hmmm...do I use my cc too much around him?!
Anyways, it's neat that Reese cleaned up his books! Foster that...
I love that you left it 'cleaned up'. I am sure it drove you crazy to do so as it would me but it's amazing what we'll do for our little ones.
Hey Dana,
Way to go on not having to "fix" it! I am definately a neat freak so I am going to have to learn to just let go and let Fish help me. It is more important for him to learn that he CAN do it...than to have it perfect. :)
Way to go Reese!
Oh, Dana, Robby's bookcase looks like that and it is pure agony for me not to make it teacher definition of "neat"! I love when he cleans up after himself, and I love seeing your boys developing in the same fashion!
